Go Red for Women – National Wear Red Day is February 1st

Tomorrow, Friday, February 1st is National Wear Red Day!

Heart and Health Medical and The American Heart Association are encouraging everyone to celebrate the 10th annual National Wear Red Day

Celebrate the 10th anniversary of National Wear Red Day® by showing your spirit and painting your town red!

Since the Go Red For Women® movement started in 2004, more than 627,000 women’s lives have been saved. But the fight is far from over. Now is the time to shout louder, stand stronger and Go Red For Women.

The American Heart Association exists for ONE reason: To eliminate cardiovascular diseases and stroke, our nation’s Number 1 and Number 4 causes of death. By raising awareness, we can help curb these terrible statistics. Through Research, Public Health Education, Professional Education & Training, and Community Services, The American Heart Association saves lives and educates people to live healthier lives. Dr. Kavesteen strongly believes in Early Detection and Prevention, and The American Heart Association helps advocate these beliefs.
