Founded in 2005 Heart and Health Medical has grown into a Multi-Physician practice that represents over fourteen providers, in four locations and nearly 100,000 patients. We are always innovating to improve the productivity and lifestyles of the patients and physicians on Long Island. Our goal is to keep physicians independent, relevant, and at the center of patient care delivery, while successfully navigating the ever-changing healthcare environment. Heart and Health is constantly expanding our team of Physicians in Nassau and Suffolk Long Island who are searching for new ways to deliver the highest possible patient care while working independently without the hassle of administrative duties.  Our team consists of Allergists and Immunologists, Cardiologists, Internists, Podiatrists, and Women’s Health specialists.  We accept primary care physicians as well as specialists, and we are looking to grow our mobile medical team.  If you are interested in joining the Heart and Health Medical network of physicians and serving patients out of one of our four Long Island locations in Babylon, Massapequa, Middle Island, and Plainview.
