Do you accept new patients?

Yes. Heart and Health Medical is now accepting new patients in all five of our offices on Long Island. You may make an appointment online or call your closest location. Our EXPRESS Care program may include same-day availability.

Do you have same-day appointments?

In many cases, yes. Express Care is a service that targets patients who have to be seen immediately. At our offices, and via telemedicine, there are same-day slots.

What is telemedicine and how does it work?

Telemedicine enables you to see your Heart and Health provider through a video from the comfort of your home. Visits are available via our patient portal or the Heart and Health mobile application.

Am I required to have a referral to see a specialist?

It depends on your insurance plan. Some plans require a referral from a primary care physician before seeing a specialist. Due to the availability of both primary care doctors and specialists in the same group, referrals can be done promptly within our network.

What is the Mobile Medical Unit?

The Heart and Health Mobile Medical Unit is a fully furnished mobile unit that delivers medical assistance to communities across Long Island, especially for patients unable to travel to an office.

Where can I find the Heart and Health mobile app?

The app is found in the Google Play and Apple App Store. Search: Heart and Health Medical. After linking your profile, you can manage appointments, telemedicine, prescriptions, and test results.

Where do you have offices?

We have five offices in Nassau and Suffolk County: Massapequa, Levittown, Plainview, Coram, and North Babylon.

How long has Heart and Health Medical been in practice?

Heart and Health Medical has been serving Long Island since 2005, growing from a single location into a five-office, multi-specialty group over two decades.

Physical Exam, Blood Pressure, EKG, Blood Test (including but not limited to COVID-19 Antibody Titer), Body Oxygen Saturation, and Vaccination (Moderna). The second vaccination appointment will be performed at the Heart and Health Medical of Massapequa office.
