Heart and Health would like to thank you all for coming out to our wellness events.

Dr. David Kavesteen and the friendly staff at Heart and Health has had numerous community outreach events which emphasize the importance of early detection and preventative care. These outreach events have taken place throughout Suffolk County at locations including the Bayshore/Brightwaters Library, The Arbors Senior Assisted Living Center, Mid Island Apartments, World Gym in Coram, New York Sports Club in Port Jefferson, The Natural in Middle Island, Hauppauge Library as well as our own office in North Babylon. At these events, our Medical Assitants and interns have been checking blood pressure, oxygen levels and heart rate which are in strumental to monitor in order to prevent heart diseases. The medical assistants and interns have been also offering advice on how to help lower blood pressure as well as how to live a healthier life.
